It's made Vancouver eighth in the world for having the highest price housing


Because our Government and the City of Vancouver


Caters to a particular already privileged set of people


This has made Vancouver a nightmare for Working Families

To make​ ​matter​ ​worse,​ ​Housing and Rents​ ​are​ ​increasing​ ​with every new Day ​ ​​

A ​two-bedroom​ ​apartment​ ​was​ ​​$3,160​.​

Strewn throughout the city are abandoned, million-dollar homes.

There are thousands of Homes and Apartments that are left vacate in BC. every year

Everyone will tell you

This is the worst place to rent

If you are investing in property in BC.

 Your truly insane to rent them out

Especially if you do not live in BC.
If you rent them out you must have very- very deep pockets and very good lawyers

And you will need more than one lawyer

It will cost you everything you own

You pay for the Lawyers

You pay for everything

In Canada it can take years
To get rid of a drug house or
A bad tenant


For nearly 20 years I have manage the Same Apartment here in Vancouver BC.
And for the last two years Vancouver has become insane 

This apartment was the perfect pension plan

 Until Craig Mullan moved in

The Father is paying the rent for this Apartment

Today all I have now is very-very low cost welfare housing
 
The only people that live here now are people that cannot afford to move
Today I live in the most secure apartment in Vancouver
The drug dealer run around with dogs and guns
Their dogs go anyplace they want and they do not pick up after them
And they steal and break everything they see
Even from New Born Babies

I was told that there is 5 - 6 more Apartments in a two block area that are now Drug houses

This is a Christmas present 
 For the City of Vancouver

They now have
6 New Low Cost Apartments Buildings now in Marpole

The City knows it takes years it's nearly impossible
 For me and my Lawyer to get rid of a Drug House

For the City their goal is more low cost houses
 So
this is a present from God
 
They will be telling everyone how proud the city is to have
At no cost to the taxpayers
100-200 more low cost housing units now in Marpole

After the City stops laughing at you
It's your fault
 For letting these people into your building
 
The City will tell you there’s nothing they can do

You have to go to the Residential Tenancy Branch
Find yourself a very good Lawyer 
To take these people to court
To get them out of your building

If you have trouble finding  people to rent to
See us we will help you
 Rent every Apartment out to Welfare People, 
 
By the time the Courts and the City gets through with you 
 It will be impossible for you to say no and you'll be bankrupt
I Like to rent to people on Welfare I have three units now
 I love to get a government check mail to me every month
But not the whole Building that's nuts that's insane
This apartment is a known drug house now
You cannot sell or do anything with it now 
All I can do,
Is what the police tell me to do
Move out
  Collect the rents
Pay the mortgage
Just let this place run down

Get yourself a very good Lawyer
To take these people to 
The Residential Tenancy Branch
To get them out of your building
 
And pray that the City will let my great-great grandkids
 Tear this building down and do something with it 
Police tell me all the time
You can call us 4 or 5 times a day
We do not care
 
Do not knock on their door call us we will come

 
In a year or two 
With our Help and a good Lawyer
The Lawyer will have enough police reports
 He can then to take them to
The Residential Tenancy Branch
To get them out
The Police there are always something more important or
It's not important
Please call our other number and we'll be there after shift
 
Even when you email Crime Stoppers saying they have guns and drugs upstairs
and you been told they been shooting out the window
By people across the street
This is downtown Vancouver and their shooting out of the window,
It's insane 
  I now have crack heads living on the third floor living over the front entrance
We do not know how many there are they just come and go 24 hrs. a day
They are the same people that burned down another Marpole apartment last month cooking drugs
Own by a Chinese Lady in China

They have been living in an Apartment on Selkirk St.
 
They have been terrorizing the neighborhood for over 2 years now
The police know everyone of them by name
Last night they were dealing drugs outside this building when a young lady walks by
She stood right there and called the police and they pulled a gun on her
When the police put her on hold
She was told by other tenants in the building

That this is a known Drug House now
They would not come here for Drugs or Guns

The police will come for a noise complaint
 Other people in the building did the same thing to help her get the police here  
The police came for the noise complain not for drugs or guns
Because she made a false complain
The Police told her
To go back into her apartment and shut the door and stay there
Or they were going to arrest her

 
We been trying for over a month to get the police here
Because it is known as a Drug House
It's going to be impossible to get them here for anything now because they lied
 
The police then apologize to the Drug Pushers

The people across the street were shocked when they heard this

They told us that
They did not go up stairs to the apt. to check for guns or drugs
The did not want to hear from other people in the building
The police came in two cars one pull up in front of the building
and the other came with it lights and siren on

The people on the third floor could see everything
Their third floor apartment overlooks the street

The people across the street
could see them all running around cleaning everything

First the police talked to the tenants outside then they came in to see me
Then the tenant from the third floor came down to talk to the police
By this time their apt. was cleaner than my apt
 
 All the police said to me that night was

All they came here for was a noise complaint

In Canada there are Laws
In Canada he has rights
He has a right to live here,
He has the right to have dogs here
He has the right to have people over
He has a right to make a living

The Police told me
You cannot change the locks or throw them out
You will be in jail so fast then
You will never get them out
 The only way I could get him out of the building is

You have to go to the Residential Tenancy Branch
 
I have to prove in court that this is a crack house and he's dealing in drugs
The police do not care how many people see them dealing
Or how many letters I have from people
  He will never be arrested
I will never have the proof that I need 
 That this is a crack house and he is a dealer

The only right I have is to move
  Because I wrote everyone a letter
 Asking everyone to phone the police
And give me a letter telling me what they saw
When they see them dealing in Drugs,
Or bring in stolen goods into the building

I now have over 30 letters from Tenants and People in the neighborhood
And more people every day are giving me letters

This is not proof in court
 
This is boarding on criminal harassment and
I can be charged if there’s any more phone calls to the police

You get no help from the city or the police

Plus his Lawyer are ready to go to court against me
This is criminal harassment 

This is how the Law works in Canada

If I lose this Court Case at
The Residential Tenancy Branch
on September 16

I will never get them out of here

They will be  free to Sell and Cook Drugs here for the rest of their lives

 They would charge me with Criminal Harassment

 They would sue me
With free legal help

Because
The Residential Tenancy Branch is 90% for the tenants

All I have is 30 letters from tenants and people in the neighborhood
That is not proof in court

They could own this Apartment

And I'm the worst criminal in Canada
They want to charge me with Criminal Harassment

 
This year for the first time
I have a Working Girl in the building

She walks down the halls trying every door to see if they will open
  When the door opens she just walks in,
 
  I f you are home she asks for money
or just goes into the frig and takes what she wants
She will also bang on your door asking for money

She does this is all day and all night when she wants money

Everyone she sees on street or in their cars at a stop sign
It's $60 for sex
Or she ask you for money
The police told us to lock our doors and don't answer our doors
  Check the pawn shops if anything is missing
Or go on Craigslist

They also told the tenants
If we do not like it we can all move the whole 22 of us
I put a 30 day notice to move on her door

 She called the police on me
 8 policeman came
  The Police
Did they ever get mad
 I could not believe how mad they were at me

I was so happy ,I was laughing
One police man was screaming at me

Thank God for the police the best thing they ever did for me
 Because of her all 21 tenants were suing me

Now the tenants can't sue me
 I've been able to Sleep every night since then
It used to be 20 calls a night
Not one tenant has ever call me since about her

 When most of the tenants were still in the hall

The Police told me 
 
If I knock or touch her door I will be in Jail so fast my head will spin
Even if I say good morning to her she can call the police and I will be in jail

All I did was put a 30 Day notice on her door
  The police told her to always pay her rent on time then
 It would take a year or two for me to get her out
Every night she brings men into her apt. and has loud parties
 
When you complained she call the police on you
  The last time they come instantly 5 of them
 
They scared the old lady down stairs so bad she had to see her doctor

All she did was bang on the ceiling and yell keep the noise down
When she blew a fuse
 I had to call the police to come to turn her power back on
Two policemen came with me when
I went downstairs into basement to turn on her breaker
Her apt. is on the second floor in the back
I could not even turn her power back on 
If I did I would still be in jail
I was very-very lucky
I won court case against her at the residential tenancy branch
  Just because she did not show up it was the only way I won
I still had to prove my case
They loss all my records so I could not prove my case
After I talked to her and told her what was going on
 She let me fax my records to her I was so surprised
 
 Especially when
The residential tenancy branch is 90% for the tenant

To day the 31 of July was her last day to move out 
 I was just on my way to the Supreme Court
To get a 2 day order for Possession
Then I can get Bailiffs to execute the Writ of Possession for me

At 5  o'clock a man knocked on my door and gave me a

Notice of a Dispute Resolution Hearing

I have no clue who this man is



He said he is living there
He is her Husband because
We didn't talk to him first so

  Everything the tenants and I said and did is fraud

I'm going back to court

With someone I do not know

  It still nearly imposable to get her to move
 Even after you win your case against her

The Tenant can always appeal it's their right
And they all have free legal help

The only good thing is she cannot say she did not receive the notice
Because she file them herself  this time

Do you have any idea what it would cost for lawyers for the year
I know the cost would be well over $ 100,000
And it might take another year or more
And they get free legal help

 This is Canada
The truth is
This could go on for years
I might never get her out
 
Managers that keep the tenants deposit.

The Residential Tenancy Branch told me that
If the tenant burns down your house you cannot keep their deposit without going to court first 
 
You have to prove they did it and letters from other tenants does not prove they did it

I just had a tenant that kick in the intercom just before they moved out

I kept their deposit
They went to the residential tenancy branch

I had 6 tenants write letters telling what they seen them do

The residential tenancy branch would not look at the letters or even listen to me

 When he did not want to hear me or read the letters
I did something stupid I got mad

Never tell the judge
 Did you learn to do this in jail
You are 100% guilty
You pay double $430 went up to $ 860
 
 Thank God this is Canada
its old English law
Theirs always another court case

Please I need help I really need help someone has to know what to do they have dogs and guns
The people are scared to walk the halls
They break and steal everything they see 

These tenants are living in hell
And we cannot do anything about it
And it's going to take if we are lucky two or three years more to have peace again
I've never heard of a crack house getting closed down without the owner going to jail
Or burning the place down
There has to be away I can get these people out of here
I do not want to burn this place down
The police said this is
Canada these people have rights

The Police say

Bob you have rights too you have the right to move

To many people are losing everything and nobody wants to tell the truth

 Drug Houses are everywhere in Vancouver and BC.

The Police are the only ones that know 

Most owners will try to dump their places before they become know
Good people will not move in if they know there’s a Crack House in the building
 
Even if there is one on the street good people will not move to that street 

No one will tell you
 
You will only find out after you buy Hell
